Terms of Service

RepliGuard is a subscription-based software service that provides automated comment moderation for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The Service uses artificial intelligence to classify, filter, and take actions on comments based on user-configured rules.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Each account is for a single organization. You may not share accounts or create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.

4.1 Plans

The Service is offered under several subscription plans (Free, Starter, Pro, Agency), each with defined limits on the number of comments processed per month and connected accounts. Plan details are available on our pricing page.

4.2 Free Trial

New subscribers are eligible for a 14-day free trial on paid plans. The trial is available once per organization. After the trial period, your chosen plan will be billed automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.

4.3 Upgrades & Downgrades

• Upgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
• Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. No refunds are issued for the current period.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to your paid plan until that date.

4.4 No Refunds

All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 30 days at support@repliguard.online.

4.5 Plan Limits

If your organization reaches its monthly comment processing limit, incoming comments will not be processed until the next billing period or until you upgrade your plan. We will display warnings in your dashboard as you approach your limit.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Connect accounts you do not own or do not have authorization to manage on behalf of a third party.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to conduct automated attacks on other platforms.
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without our written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). Your use of these integrations is also governed by the respective platform's terms of service. We are not responsible for any actions taken by those platforms, including the suspension or restriction of access to their APIs.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the terms and advertising policies of any connected platform.

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by PT. NAISHA INSPIRASI MUSLIMAH and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You retain all rights to the content (comments and data) processed through the Service. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI CLASSIFICATIONS WILL BE 100% ACCURATE.

Comment moderation is an automated process. We are not liable for any comments that are incorrectly classified or missed by the system.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PT. NAISHA INSPIRASI MUSLIMAH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your account poses a risk to the Service or other users.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us at support@repliguard.online to request account deletion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Indonesia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
